Deletes the specified attachment file associated with the given entity.

DELETE https://{tenant}.rubixx.app/api/v3/eforms/{id}/files/{attachmentId}

This operation requires the caller to have the appropriate file management permissions. Customers can only delete attachments that are visible in the portal and associated with the specified entity.
