Uploads a file and associates it with the specified entity.

POST https://{tenant}.rubixx.app/api/v3/eforms/{id}/files

This operation is restricted to users with the required permission and is not available to users of type Customer unless they have explicit access to the specified entity. The request must use 'multipart/form-data' encoding.
