Update Person Details

https://{tenant}.rubixx.app/api/v3/people/

The caller must have appropriate permissions to update person details. If the person does not
exist or the user lacks permission, an error result is returned. Only the fields specified in the patch model
are updated; unspecified fields remain unchanged.
